Capabilities
Four things, done properly.
We are deliberately narrow. Everything below is work we do ourselves, not work we broker.
Simulator script development
Complete training scripts for full-flight simulator and FTD sessions — written to your SOPs, your fleet, and your training footprint. We work across AQP and traditional recurrent formats, initial and upgrade programs, and specialty sessions such as LOFT and qualification checks.
Every script covers the full session
- Setup conditions
- Event sequences
- ATC communications
- Weather and environment
- Instructor notes
- Supporting briefing material
Script library management and modernization
Most training departments inherit their scripts: decades of Word documents and PDFs, each formatted differently, none of them validated. We convert legacy material into a structured, schema-driven library where every script follows the same model and passes automated consistency checks. The result is a library you can actually maintain — change a procedure once and know every affected script, rather than hunting through documents.
What changes
- Legacy Word and PDF material converted, not retyped
- One schema, one model, every script in the library
- Automated consistency checks on every draft
- Instructor, student, and IOS-ready output from a single source
Currency and compliance maintenance
A script that was accurate last year may not be accurate today. We maintain training material against the things that change, and our tooling tracks which scripts reference which procedures — so a single AIRAC cycle change surfaces every session it touches.
Tracked against
- ATC procedures and phraseology
- Navigation database cycles
- SIDs, STARs, and approaches
- Weather formats
- Regulatory requirements
Fleet entry-into-service
A fleet type new to the operator means no inherited material, a deadline fixed by aircraft delivery, and a regulator who has to approve what you produce. We build the whole training package from nothing, structured so it holds up through the first revision cycles rather than needing a rebuild after year one.
What gets built
- Complete script library for the new type, built from zero
- Examination content and question banks
- Program structure and event catalogue established up front
- Material prepared for regulatory approval
- Delivered against the delivery date, not after it
Training program support
Not every training problem is a script problem. This is the work that sits alongside them.
What this covers
- Examination content and question banks
- Structured reference datasets
- Advisory work for organizations building or restructuring an AQP-style program

Seven transport categories, plus military multi-engine operations.
Not sure which of these you need?
Most engagements start as one and turn into two. Describe the problem and we will tell you where it sits.
