We do not start writing until we know what already exists. The order below is not a preference — each step depends on the one before it.

How we work

Pilots first

Everything is written and reviewed by career aviators with airline check pilot, chief pilot, and military instructional experience. Subject matter expertise is not outsourced.

Schema-driven quality

Every deliverable is validated against a common structural standard before it ships. Consistency is not a style guide we try to follow — it is enforced by the pipeline.

Canadian standards

Based in Ottawa, working to Transport Canada and NAV CANADA requirements, with direct familiarity with Canadian civil and military training environments.

  1. Inventory

    We collect every version of the material currently in use, including the ones nobody admits to using, and establish what is authoritative.

  2. Structure

    We propose a schema: what an event is, what a session is, how they relate, and what has to stay stable across revisions. You approve it before anything is built on top of it.

  3. Author and validate

    Scripts get written into that structure, with automated checks running against every draft. Errors surface during writing rather than during a review meeting.

  4. Deliver in your format

    Output goes to you in the document format your department already uses. We adapt to your house style, not the other way round.

  5. Hand over or maintain

    Either your team takes the structure and runs it, or we stay on for revision cycles. Both are fine. We will tell you plainly which one fits.

A note on confidentiality

Training material is commercially sensitive and often security sensitive. We work under whatever agreement your organization requires, we do not name clients publicly, and nothing from one engagement is reused in another.
